the whole point i was bringing up was that basically everyone within the area of effect dies and definitely the user of the spell dies heck i made it work with command blocks in vanilla. Actually, I think it should probably be more like an explosion were damage is dependent on distance from the player source. On top of that, it would give the wither effect to everyone in the area, and if possible maybe anybody who enters the area for a certain time also gets the wither effect. One could protect themselves from the radiation with a spell such as skolir eitrum (poison shield). when was eitrum used in the books? i know it was there, but where?

(used to represent an inanimate thing understood, previously mentioned, about to be mentioned, or present in the immediate context): "Ut has whitewall tires and red upholstery. You can't tell a book by ut's cover."

Hi,
For my first post, i would like to propose 2 spells (if there are not already added) :
flauga/reisa : fly during a few second
tauthr : horses, beast of burden, will follow you without leash
Sorry for the short descriptions , my english is bad enough
See you

We already have Flauga, but tauthr is a nice idea! We'll have to look into that.

Hi,
Another ideas :
Ethgrí : invoke iron, coal, wood or something else that we can use, but for a large cost of health because its come from nothing
Thrysta : to push something or someone
See you

I like the idea of ethgri, maybe it takes a certain amount of health based on what is in your surroundings because usually in the books it doesn't come from nothing, it is simply created from something else. So if you were, say, in the desert with one of those dead bushes or whatever they are called, it wouldn't take very much health since it's practically the equivalent of a piece of wood, but if you are surrounded by dirt then it would take a lot more health since it is a greater change to make it into wood. But overall like the idea Thrysta was already added, I believe. It hits the targeted entity, doing damage and (not positive so staff correct me if I'm wrong) knocking the entity back. (If I'm wrong, that should be added since thrysta means hit and there should be knockback...)

Not sure if this is possible, but I can say from experience that having command-based spells sucks. I would suggest instead that you give each player a stick which can cycle through various spells by SHIFT+RIGHT CLICK, and casts them with either left or right click. If you don't know what I mean, check out the RWBY mod, it has weapons which do this quite nicely, such as a sword which cycles through modes of flamethrower, freeze ray, and movement enhancing. This way, players can have their favorite spell queued up in their hotbar all the time.

Certainly possible, however some spells such as "/adurna" require you to hold an empty bottle to fill it, or "/thurra" requires you to hold a full bottle to empty it. This would work for most spells, however. :-)
